To Whom it Concerns, I had to write to you to say how incredibly impressed I am with your service as well as your product. I can't believe I'd never heard of you before! The website is so easy to use (I had wasted hours on another website before I found Need A Print!) When I rang the office a lady answered straight away and was able to deal with my query there and then without any fuss. Emails were used the way emails were intended - for fast to and fro responses. Brilliant customer service! I received the flyers today (on time) and I am very happy with them. It was also a lot cheaper than certain other competitors who tried to charge over €60 for half the amount of flyers I got from you for €38! As a new customer I dealt with Daniel and I found the customer service to be quick and he was straight-forward. the quality of the card mterial is good even for their basic offer They ship out faster than the other printing companies. They dont try to sell you all sorts of stuff in the ordering process and the tracking and updating emails was usefull- I just had to check my email to know about progress.
