This booklet was produced with the help of the Needaprint guys. The result was a professional finish that we are very happy with. The service given is second to none and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Very easy from order to delivery. We produce our own print ready PDF and all we have to do is upload, order, pay and everything works extremely well. There is a status tracking email system that keeps you informed as to receipt, planning, printing cutting and delivery. All this with a truly excellent price makes it an unbeatable service, highly recommended.

There are several reasons why we use need a print: Their website is clear and simple to navigate, place orders and to take payments. Their prices are unbeatable. They have an excellent system of status updates sent via email to keep clients informed of progress: i.e. Queued for printing, Printed, Cut & dispatched etc. If there is a problem with artwork, there is a very swift notification sent for review. The turn around time from order to print is very fast. The post & packaging price is very reasonable for the weight involved however I would give 4 stars out of 5 for packaging. To be fair this is probably due to the nature of booklets not stacking very well and shifting in the transit process. The outer shipping boxes are sometimes out of shape however the booklet contents do not seem to be damaged by this. Overall it is an excellent service, one which we are very happy with and would (and have) heartily recommend to others.
