I've used Need a Print for some years to print my yearly calendar for friends. Whilst the print quality and speed of delivery can't be faulted, this year there were some changes to the design template. You now only have a choice between a black or white background whereas before there were textured backgrounds. Also the design of the days of the week boxes has changed leaving less space to write notes. My friends have commented on this and don't like the new format. It would be great if the old design template could be re-instated for next year.

Had a slight problem with the design, which was down to a software issue apparently. Glenn was extremely helpful, and patient. Ordered a reprint for me adding an additional 5 calendars. This is the 5 year running I have used them, never had a problem up til now. Put right no questions. 5 star service. Definitely will continue to use.

I have bought these personalised calendars for many years, and they are much loved by family and friends. This year I was disappointed to find the backgrounds were limited to black and white, where previously I could choose a chalkboard finish to frame both the photos and calendar, which was in white to allow people to write on it. If that option was there this year, I could not find it and I tried really hard! The black background meant the calendar was printed in white on black, therefore not allowing anything to be written on it, so I had to choose white. The quality is still good but I don't think they look anywhere near as professional as previously. Please could you reinstate the option to have different backgrounds framing the white calendar and the photos? I would still recommend you but with a warning that options are now very limited. Really great customer service with emails and phone calls. Very pleased with my calendars and so easy to design. Delivery extremely quick. The only thing I'd like to see added in the future is the option of adding a back cover.
